Great coverage and peace of mind
I’ve been with this HMO for two years now, and I’m impressed with how easy it is to access accredited hospitals and clinics. The approval process for consultations and lab tests is quick, and the customer service team is responsive. It really gives me peace of mind knowing my family is protected.
Good benefits, but room for improvement
The plan covers most of my medical needs, and the premium is affordable compared to other providers. However, I wish they had more partner hospitals outside Metro Manila. Sometimes the waiting time for approvals can be longer than expected, but overall, it’s still a reliable option.
Limited network and slow processing
While the monthly premium is budget-friendly, I found the network of doctors and hospitals too limited for my area. I also experienced delays in getting pre-approval for procedures, which was frustrating during an emergency. This product may work better if you live near their major partner hospitals.
