You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our services.
Our services are available only within the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Insurance Coverage:
The insurance coverage provided through our platform is subject to the terms and conditions of the specific insurance policy purchased.
You must carefully review the policy documents provided to you to understand the coverage, limitations, and exclusions.
4. Premium Payments:
Premium payments are due as specified in your insurance policy.
Failure to pay premiums may result in the cancellation of your insurance coverage.
5. Collection and Use of Personal Information:
Purpose: We collect personal information only for specific purposes, including providing insurance quotes, processing claims, and improving our services.
Consent: By signing up for an account, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Breach Notification: You will be notified within 72 hours in the event of a data breach that may affect your personal data.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
Inactive accounts for more than 5 years will be deleted from our servers. Users will be notified before any deletion takes place.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.
7. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding six months.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, specifically under the jurisdiction of Bangkal Makati, Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Bangkal Makati, Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Significant changes related to data privacy will require your consent.
The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile application. We will notify you via email of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
